Parish Ministries and Organizations: Plan Your Next Parish Sponsored Event

Parish ministries and organizations, plan your next on or off-campus parish event with St. Luke and St. Bernardine Parish by reviewing and completing the forms below. Contact the parish office at stlstboffice@stlstbparish.org or at 708-771-8250 with any questions.

Whilst planning your event, please keep in mind the following information:

  1. The On and Off-Campus Facility Reservation Form must be submitted and sent to stlstboffice@stlstbparish.org no later than 30 days before the event in order for the event to be on the parish calendar. This form must also be submitted to receive keys to the event space (if it is held on the parish campus).
  2. To publicize the event through parish media, fill out the Request for Announcement in Parish Media Form and submit it to the Communications Coordinator at rhuser@stlstbparish.org by the end of the day on the Monday before. For example, if you wish to have your article published in the June 25, 2023, bulletin, the form must be submitted by the end of the day on Monday, June 19, 2023. This will change during the holiday and Easter season. Please see current bulletins for those deadlines. The Communications Coordinator will not publicize the event unless the form has been submitted.
